The Project Manager - Enterprise is responsible for leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects that drive strategic initiatives across NYBC Enterprises. The Project Manager – Enterprise ensures that enterprise-level projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget—while aligning with business objectives and maintaining stakeholder engagement across multiple departments and business units.
The Project Manager - Enterprise plans, executes, and delivers all projects on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, the manager tracks project status and manages project teams to mitigate issues and risks.
This role will interact regularly with members across NYBC Enterprises and departments (Example: Leadership Team, Finance, IT, Quality, Operations etc.) and key stakeholders for facilitating the efficient implementation and growth of the managed projects and programs. Requires self-direction, the ability to operate with ambiguity, and a level of perseverance to manage multiple iterations of tasks.

For applicants who will perform this position in Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $127,000.00 to $137,000.00 per year. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
