Enterprise Project Manager III (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Remote (WA, UT, OR, ID, ND)

Role Overview

This position involves managing large-scale projects or multiple, concurrent projects from inception through close-out. The Project Manager III will lead teams to ensure project objectives are consistent with the overall business strategy and are achieved on schedule. This role is responsible for delivering projects on schedule and within budget, while satisfying customer requirements and applying formal project management methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to successful completion, accountable for the quality and timeliness of all defined projects.
• Contribute to the development of, and ensure adherence to, company-adopted project management methods.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and report project management activities in accordance with established policies and standards.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely deliverables within budgetary constraints.
• Manage overall project plans, preparing and presenting status reports to leadership, project teams, and client groups.
• Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and provide guidance and direction to team members.
• Define, collect, and analyze metrics to ensure projects are on target.
• Proactively recommend courses of action to maintain cost-effectiveness and stay current on new project management methodology.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: A demonstrated portfolio of successful, progressive project management with at least 5 years of experience, including a leadership role in the execution of large-scale, concurrent projects (greater than $1 million with a team of 10).

Preferred Experience: Healthcare

Technical Skills: Familiarity with automated project management software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Certificate in Project Management is strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Work Environment

The contractor will be using company-provided equipment. The equipment can only connect through specific types of Internet Service Providers (ISPs), such as CATV/Cable Modem, DSL, or Fiber. Satellite or mobile WIFI internet connectivity is not supported.
