Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant - Scrum Master

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including:
  • Daily Stand-up Meetings
  • Sprint Planning
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Sprint Retrospectives
• Ensure the team follows Scrum framework, Agile principles, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Monitor Agile KPIs and team performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
• Support teams in removing impediments and improving delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful sprint execution.

Required Skills (Ranked by Importance)

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies.
• 3+ years of experience with database querying and programming.
• 3+ years of experience using Agile project management tools.
• 3+ years of experience managing hybrid projects (Agile + Waterfall).
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree (completed and verifiable; field of study is open).

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience working with government agencies or public sector projects.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or ERP-based projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team facilitation skills.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree (completed and verifiable).

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Other Agile methodology certifications are a plus.
