Requirements

10 years or more of enterprise project management experience across infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and modernization programs
Proficiency in Jira administration, enterprise project tracking, dependency management, reporting, and program governance
Experience with Confluence administration, documentation governance, project repositories, decision logs, and operational procedures
Experience with cloud migrations, data centers, large-scale infrastructure delivery, vendor management, and $1M+ programs
Experience with SharePoint Online, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform, PMP, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead concurrent infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, server, and technology modernization projects
Direct project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, documentation, and delivery activities
Manage Jira workflows and reporting to maintain visibility into deliverables, dependencies, and program progress
Maintain Confluence and SharePoint Online workspaces for project documentation, governance, and collaboration
Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
Drive risk mitigation, stakeholder meetings, governance improvements, and project management process optimization
