Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager – Consultant (13835)
Location: Cayce, SC 29033 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months

Candidate Location:Current South Carolina residents only – no relocation

Project Scope:

• Implementation of a new Project Management System
• Project portfolio oversight
• Project and executive dashboard reporting
• User training and stakeholder support
• Project visibility and governance
• Organizational Change Management
• Leadership of strategic agency projects
• Support related to the decommissioning of PWA

Daily Duties / Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale technology and business projects.
• Support implementation of the agency's new Project Management System.
• Maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate multiple projects and agency-wide strategic initiatives.
• Provide project portfolio oversight and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for project visibility and reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple business and technology groups.
• Support user training and adoption of project-management tools and processes.
• Lead organizational change-management activities.
• Assist with resource management, project governance, and strategic planning.
• Maintain clear communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Help improve overall project-management maturity across the organization.

Required Skills

• 15+ Years of Experience with Project Management
• 10+ Years of Experience with State or Federal IT Projects
• 10+ Years of Experience with implementing Project Management Systems
• 8+ Years of Experience creating Power BI Dashboards
• 10+ Years of Experience with Change Management
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and maintaining clear communication

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

Required Certification

• PMP or CSM

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Public Health Software Implementations

Preferred Certification

• CompTIA A+
