Enterprise Project Manager

This position supports the agency’s project management and governance functions, including implementation of the new Project Management System, portfolio oversight, dashboard reporting, user training, and stakeholder support. Position Summary: The role provides oversight and coordination of agency-wide initiatives, ensuring effective resource management, project governance, and successful project delivery.

DPP is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager for an opportunity with our client in Cayce, SC.
 
Work Location: Hybrid in Cayce, SC; onsite expectations depend on project needs and can be expected to range between once per month and once per quarter
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Terms: W2 Contract
Candidate Location: Must be a current SC resident; no relocation
 
Position Summary:

• The role provides oversight and coordination of agency-wide initiatives, ensuring effective resource management, project governance, and successful project delivery.
• Continued support in this capacity is essential to maintain operational continuity, advancing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of the agency's project portfolio.
• This position supports the agency’s project management and governance functions, including implementation of the new Project Management System, portfolio oversight, dashboard reporting, user training, and stakeholder support.
• The role will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility, organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting large-scale technology and business projects, maintaining project management standards and best practices, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and enhancing project management maturity across the organization.

Required Experience:

• 15+ Years of Experience with Project Management.
• 10+ Years of Experience with state or Federal IT Projects.
• 10+ Years of Experience with implementing Project Management Systems.
• 8+ Years of Experience creating Power BI Dashboards.
• 10+ Years of Experience with Change Management.
• Experience working around multiple stakeholders and maintaining clear communication.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.

Required Certifications:

• PMP or CSM.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Public Health Software Implementations.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+.
