Job Description
The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and implementing projects for the software system (Emphasys) that supports the Housing Finance and Development Division's database platform.
The Enterprise Project Manager will onboard the software for three teams within one division. The onboarding is approximately 60% to 70% complete, and the final implementation stage, including testing and close-out, for three modules (IM&C/Development, Compliance, and Loan Servicing) must be completed.
This role is expected to extend to 12 months.
Schedule: 8-hour workday, starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM and ending between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch.
Location: Hybrid position with at least two days per week in the office for meetings, updates, and other in-person activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the onboarding of the software.
- Develop and track project plans, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities, including internal team meetings and weekly meetings with the vendor (Emphasys).
- Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local housing finance regulations and program requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external departments, staff, leadership, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas:
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Directly related field
- An equivalent combination of education, professional experience, internships, training, or certifications that provides the required knowledge and skills may be substituted year-over-year.
- 3 or more years of experience with onboarding software for an organization, with proven success in project management and delivery.
- 3 or more years of leadership experience working with project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools such as Jira.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
