Requirements

7 years or more of project management experience delivering complex technology initiatives, including 5 years with enterprise, regulatory, or compliance projects.
Proficiency in business analysis, requirements elicitation, process redesign, workflow mapping, and current-state and future-state analysis.
Experience with project schedules, resource planning, Integrated Master Schedules, work breakdown structures, RAID logs, and budget tracking.
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams, vendors, technical specialists, and executive stakeholders.
Experience with Power BI, project dashboards, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, change management, and procurement documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct technology projects from initiation through closure while controlling scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, decision records, status dashboards, and leadership reports.
Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business, functional, nonfunctional, and acceptance requirements.
Map and redesign processes, workflows, and data flows while translating business needs into actionable solution designs.
Coordinate vendors, internal technology teams, UAT, deployment readiness, cutover activities, and post-launch support.
Manage risks, governance, security compliance, organizational change, procurement support, and stakeholder adoption activities.
