    Join a lean enterprise technology organization managing a broad portfolio of business systems, data, cloud, and application initiatives. The environment is highly collaborative and relies on experienced Project Managers who can independently bring structure to projects, align stakeholders, and drive execution without depending on a large formal PMO.

    The team supports a mix of internal technology initiatives across enterprise applications and operational platforms, with projects typically moving quickly and requiring close coordination between employees, vendors, contractors, and technical partners.

    • Onsite presence approximately 3–4 days per week in the Greater Boston area.

    How You Will Make An Impact

    • Take ownership of technology projects from initial scope through deployment and completion.
    • Establish project structure, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
    • Build and actively manage detailed project schedules.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical resources, contractors, and vendors.
    • Lead project kickoff and alignment activities.
    • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive resolution.
    • Maintain accountability across project participants and follow through on commitments.
    • Manage testing, deployment, readiness, and project closeout activities where applicable.
    • Provide concise status updates to business and technology leadership.
    • Support a variety of projects across CRM, master data, warehouse systems, cloud, SaaS, enterprise applications, data, and other technology initiatives.

    Do you bring proven success in hands-on technology project delivery?

    • 8+ years of hands-on technology Project Management experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated success personally managing multiple technology or enterprise application projects.
    • Strong experience starting projects from ambiguous or early-stage requirements.
    • Strong project planning, dependency management, and risk management skills.
    • Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise technology delivery.
    • Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling experience.
    • Consulting or multi-client delivery background strongly preferred.
    • Experience across enterprise applications such as Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, CRM, MDM, cloud, SaaS, or similar platforms is beneficial.
    • Strong communication and ability to operate independently.
    • Comfortable supporting multiple shorter-duration projects.
    • Able to work onsite in the Greater Boston area approximately 3–4 days per week.
