Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Program Manager to support strategic product transformation initiatives across a large, enterprise environment. This contract role will partner with Product, Technology, UX, and Operations leaders to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, improve organizational adoption, and ensure successful execution of product transformation programs.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs, communicating effectively with executive stakeholders, and driving organizational change in highly matrixed environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-scale product transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Coordinate program governance, executive status reporting, and leadership communications.
Prepare executive presentations, project updates, newsletters, and stakeholder communications.
Maintain program documentation, knowledge repositories, collaboration spaces, and project artifacts.
Partner with Product, Technology, UX, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across workstreams.
Monitor program health, identify risks and blockers, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support organizational readiness, change management, and adoption activities for enterprise initiatives.
Required Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in enterprise program management, product transformation, product operations, organizational change, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional programs within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience partnering with Product, Technology, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise initiatives.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing executive-level presentations and communications.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, SharePoint, and other enterprise collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting enterprise product operating model, product taxonomy, governance, or product transformation initiatives.
- Experience driving organizational change, adoption planning, or business readiness activities.
- Experience working within large enterprise retail, technology, or digital product organizations.
