As an Enterprise Product Coach (Forge Transformation), you will help leaders and teams adopt and sustain a large transformational shift, Forge ways of working. You will serve as a trusted coach, advisor, and change partner, helping teams improve alignment, accountability, transparency, and delivery outcomes. Through coaching, facilitation, and enablement, you will support leaders and teams as they build new behaviors, strengthen collaboration, and continuously improve how work gets done.What You’ll Do
Partner with leaders to develop and execute adoption strategies that advance Forge priorities and business outcomes.
Coach leaders and teams on Forge ways of working, Agile practices, decision making, prioritization, and team effectiveness.
Assess organizational readiness, team dynamics, and barriers to adoption, and develop plans to address gaps and accelerate progress.
Partner across teams and functions to identify delivery dependencies, remove barriers, and proactively address risks that may impact outcomes.
Design and deliver workshops, facilitation sessions, and learning experiences that improve alignment, role clarity, and delivery effectiveness.
Identify training and capability-building needs and tailor coaching approaches to support individual, team, and leadership development.
Establish feedback mechanisms and adoption measurements to evaluate progress, reinforce desired behaviors, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Promote a culture of continuous learning by sharing leading practices, lessons learned, and coaching insights across the organization.
Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through effective communication.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience coaching leaders and teams through Agile, delivery, transformation, or operating model changes in complex environments.
Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and adoption-focused enablement programs.
Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to align priorities, address barriers, and drive organizational change.
Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build trust across all levels of an organization.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Leads teams to collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
