We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Enterprise Process Intelligence Senior Manager to join the team in our Chicago office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Enterprise Process Discovery & Documentation

  • Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to document end-to-end business processes across enterprise functions.
  • Develop process maps that accurately capture workflows, systems, decision points, business rules, controls, risks, handoffs, and dependencies.
  • Create, build and maintain a centralized Enterprise Process Library that serves as the firm's system of record for business processes.
  • Ensure process documentation is accurate, current, accessible, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Establish documentation standards that enable consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Process Analysis, Improvement & Strategic Insights

  • Analyze and document business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies, risks, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Synthesize findings across multiple business functions to identify enterprise-wide themes, systemic issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Develop actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency, scalability, governance, employee experience, and client outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to validate findings, challenge current-state assumptions, and guide stakeholders through future-state process design.
  • Support business leaders in evaluating alternative operating models and process improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage process analysis to support enterprise transformation initiatives and strategic decision-making.

Executive Partnership & Communication

  • Translate complex operational processes into concise, executive-ready presentations, summaries, dashboards, and recommendations.
  • Present process findings, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Develop executive-level materials that communicate process health, improvement opportunities, transformation progress, and organizational impacts.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align process improvement initiatives with strategic business priorities.
  • Influence stakeholders across all organizational levels to build alignment and drive adoption of process improvements.

Methodology, Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance a new Enterprise Process Intelligence methodology.
  • Establish enterprise standards, templates, naming conventions, documentation guidelines, and governance for process documentation and management.
  • Define process ownership, review cycles, and governance models that ensure business processes remain accurate, current, and continuously maintained.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable operating model for ongoing process documentation, review, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish metrics and reporting that measure process maturity, documentation completeness, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Promote enterprise-wide adoption of process management standards and best practices.

Innovation & AI Enablement

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-enabled capabilities that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of process discovery, documentation, analysis, and governance.
  • Develop a modern process documentation methodology that appropriately leverages AI and emerging technologies while maintaining quality and governance standards.
  • Partner with Technology and business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital capabilities within business processes.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies that strengthen the firm's Enterprise Process Intelligence capability.

Enterprise Capability Development

  • Partner with business leaders, Process Owners, Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, Technology, and Transformation teams to improve enterprise operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on process design, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through education, facilitation, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other process resources as the capability grows.
  • Contribute to the long-term development and maturity of the firm's Enterprise Process Intelligence function.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving complex, cross-functional business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and lead process discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into practical recommendations.
  • Experience creating executive-ready presentations and communicating complex topics to senior leadership.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels without direct authority.
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience establishing enterprise process standards, governance, and documentation methodologies.
  • Experience with AI-enabled process documentation, process mining, business process intelligence, or workflow automation technologies.
  • Experience building or scaling an enterprise process capability or center of excellence.

Success Measures

  • Establish a scalable Enterprise Process Intelligence methodology and governance framework.
  • Develop a centralized, accurate, and sustainable Enterprise Process Library.
  • Deliver high-quality process documentation that enables business understanding and decision-making.
  • Identify meaningful process improvement opportunities and facilitate future-state process design.
  • Produce executive-ready insights, recommendations, and reporting that influence strategic decisions.
  • Establish a repeatable framework for continuous process review, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve process documentation and analysis capabilities.
  • Build a trusted Enterprise Process Intelligence capability that supports business transformation and operational excellence.

In Illinois, the salary range for a Enterprise Process Senior Manager is $151,000 to $207,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, to name a few.
