Your Role at Delta Faucet:

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Portfolio Manager as a strategic, business-facing role within Enterprise Architecture & Strategy pillar of IT responsible for shaping, aligning, and orchestrating DFC's transformation portfolio.

This role connects business ambition to executable transformation strategies integrating with business functional leaders, IT pillar leaders, architects, Solution Delivery teams, IT Operations and enterprise governance teams. The position ensures that transformation opportunities are assessed, prioritized, sequenced, measured, and governed in a way that enables growth, agility, operational resilience, and measurable business value.

This role is accountable for portfolio intelligence, business-case framing, readiness assessment, and decision advisory committed towards significant benefits via enterprise transformation journey.

• Enterprise Portfolio Alignment- Partner with business and IT leaders to clarify the "why," "what," "when," and expected business value & translate into structured portfolio of opportunities and measurable outcomes
• Accelerate Innovation & Future Capabilities- Seek opportunities to harness AI-enabled experiences, automation, and data-driven decisioning. Champion modern approaches including digital product models, composable architecture, and customer-centric design
• Transformation Readiness Assessment- Develop and facilitate readiness assessments for transformation initiatives, including people, process, platform includes transition planning, partner identification, communication planning, risk assessment, mitigation planning and measurements of success as explicit readiness elements
• Business Case and Value Framing- Identify and define Targets to Improve framing around end-to-end platform data and process journeys that can drive revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, risk reduction, speed-to-value, data quality, platform simplification, and future scalability
• Portfolio Insights, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement- Develop actionable portfolio dashboards, decision narratives, transformation scorecards, readiness views, and business-value summaries.

Education & Experience:

• 8-12+ years in transformation, architecture, consulting, or solution strategy roles
• Strategic and Business Sense- Strong ability to understand business strategy, functional priorities, and transformation opportunities. Experience working with senior business and IT partners in a matrixed organization.
• Architecture and Technology Fluency- Working knowledge of enterprise platforms, integrations, data/analytics, cloud, digital, ERP, CRM, PLM, and lifecycle management concepts. Ability to partner effectively with Solution Architects, Technology Architects, IT Operations, Solution Delivery, and security teams.
• Integrated Partnership and Influence- Strong consultative partnership skills. Ability to facilitate cross-functional conversations, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and bring alignment across teams with varied strengths. Focuses on business value, not activity tracking
• Balances critical thinking with pragmatic execution planning, uses curiosity, external benchmarking, and architecture thinking to improve outcomes
• Brings clarity to ambiguous transformation opportunities, Understanding of organizational change & readiness tools, communication planning, training, adoption, and sustainment needs
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping operating models

Hiring Range: $103,700.00 - $163,020.00 USD

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
