    Overview

The Enterprise IT Business Program Support - Lead supports the Technology Business Management (TBM) team within the Strategic Technology Solutions (STS) organization and reports to the TBM Manager. The position provides enterprise-level business, financial, and program support for the management of technology services and costs across STS and its agency customers. The role works with STS domains, agency IT and finance partners, budget and financial management staff, and STS leadership.

The primary focus is to collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze technology cost and service data; support resource planning, budget, rate, billing, and cost-transparency activities; and prepare accurate recurring reports and decision-support materials. The role maintains TBM processes, data definitions, models, documentation, controls, and stakeholder communications so information is timely, consistent, and usable for operational and management decisions.

The successful candidate must be able to connect financial, operational, and technology information; coordinate work across teams; explain complex findings; improve processes; and exercise sound judgment with sensitive data. As a full-time state employee, the role will provide continuity for ongoing TBM functions after the ARPA project ended and following the retirement of an experienced team contributor. It will also build the broad TBM knowledge and leadership capability needed to become the future successor to the TBM Manager.

    • Prepare recurring TBM reports, dashboards, briefings, presentations, and decision-support materials for the TBM Manager, STS leadership, Budget, Financial Management, and agency stakeholders.
    • Support annual resource planning, budget development, forecasts, work programs, variance analysis, and other financial planning activities related to technology services.
    • Maintain data definitions, business rules, source-to-report mappings, assumptions, and quality checks so TBM information is consistent, reliable, and reproducible.
