Role Summary
The Enterprise GenAI Platform Manager serves as the primary owner of enterprise AI platforms, driving governance, administration, and adoption across the organization. This role plays a critical part in enabling scalable and secure AI capabilities while ensuring alignment with compliance and business objectives.
This individual will oversee day-to-day platform operations, manage enterprise GPTs and AI agents, and lead feature adoption across multiple GenAI technologies. The role requires close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver insights, maintain governance standards, and optimize platform performance and value.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and related tools
Manage user provisioning, access controls, SSO, licensing, and platform configurations
Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise GPTs and AI agents, including onboarding, governance, and retirement
Configure and support enterprise connectors such as SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Oracle
Track and evaluate platform releases, coordinating testing, communication, and adoption of new capabilities
Provide user support, troubleshooting issues related to access, GPTs, agents, and integrations
Develop reporting dashboards and monitor platform adoption, utilization, and business impact
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and Responsible AI policies while supporting governance initiatives
Key Requirements
5 or more years of experience in SaaS platform administration, IT operations, or digital platforms
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude
Strong knowledge of SSO, RBAC, Entra ID or Azure AD, and enterprise security practices
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Fabric
Familiarity with enterprise integrations including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar platforms
Understanding of AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI principles
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
Ability to drive adoption and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
