    Job Title: Enterprise Data Senior IT Project Manager

    Location: Atlanta, Georgia

    Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) or Contract-to-Hire (C2H)/Corp-to-Corp (C2C)

    Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and oversee projects in Data Services, MDM, BI, and Data Science. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in data-centric project management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end project activities in Data Services, MDM, BI, and Data Science domains.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
    • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred.
    • 12 to 15 years of project management experience, with a focus on medium to high complexity projects in a matrixed environment.
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in team leadership roles.
    • 5+ years of experience in software or systems testing and software development.
    • Proficiency in managing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects using iterative methodologies.
    • Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and quality control.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Science, and Visualization projects.
    • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
    • Knowledge of BI tools and principles.
    • Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
