The Enterprise Data Security Architect is a newly created, Expert-level role responsible for defining and driving the enterprise data security strategy across modern cloud and on-premises data platforms. As part of Keysight's enterprise data and AI security initiatives, this individual will design scalable security architectures that protect enterprise data while enabling secure access, analytics, AI, and digital transformation.
Working closely with Information Security, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, and business stakeholders, you'll provide technical leadership for enterprise-wide data security programs, establish governance standards, and ensure security is embedded into the design and delivery of modern data platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in both enterprise data platforms and security architecture with the ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence security strategy across the organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
6+ years of experience in enterprise security, cloud security, data architecture, information security, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise designing and implementing enterprise-scale security solutions.
2+ years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives, enterprise security programs, or large-scale data initiatives.
Deep knowledge of enterprise data security architecture, including:
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Data encryption, masking, tokenization, and other data protection techniques
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Cloud security across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
Data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance
Experience designing and securing modern cloud-based data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, or comparable technologies.
Proven ability to partner with Security, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture teams to design and implement enterprise security solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions, communicate architectural recommendations, and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into practical business solutions.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills. Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
Colorado Pay Range: Minimum $115,200 - Maximum $192,000
