Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in enterprise data architecture and information architecture.
- Proficiency in conceptual, logical, and canonical data modeling alongside Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
- Experience with cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience in enterprise data governance, data cataloging, lineage tracking, and metadata management.
- Experience with designing API-first data products, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, and AI-ready data models.
- Experience in data security, privacy controls, and regulatory compliance standards for sensitive datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define conceptual, logical, and canonical data models to establish enterprise information architecture standards.
- Design reusable data products, schemas, and API-first interfaces to prevent data duplication across systems.
- Architect data warehouse and data mart solutions utilizing Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, and cloud services.
- Establish data governance frameworks including data catalogs, lineage tracking, observability, and quality standards.
- Formulate data migration strategies and target-state data architectures for legacy system modernization initiatives.
- Implement semantic layers and knowledge graphs to ensure enterprise information assets are suitable for AI use cases.
- Partner with product engineering and security teams to embed data classification, privacy, and regulatory controls by design.
