Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in Project Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in consultancy roles, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and drive project success through effective planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple consultancy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, while identifying and mitigating risks.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish clear deliverables.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to present findings, recommendations, and project updates.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports to clients and internal management.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
Proven ability to manage large scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in risk management and conflict resolution.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in specific industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Qualifications:
