Position Highlights
- Provide executive leadership for clinical governance and regulatory compliance across all clinic locations
- Create the governance framework, accountability structures, standards, workflows, and controls that support consistent care delivery
- Oversee patient safety, clinical risk, infection prevention, occupational and public health, laboratory compliance, and policy governance
- Lead regulatory readiness, enterprise audits, corrective action oversight, and risk escalation
- Establish and chair clinical governance committees and provide executive reporting on performance, safety, and emerging risk
- Develop the multiyear roadmap for governance, regulatory readiness, policy management, workforce safety, and analytics
- Partner across medical leadership, nursing, operations, legal, compliance, human resources, quality, and education
- Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field
- Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
- Eight to ten years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in ambulatory, multisite, or enterprise operations
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise clinical governance or regulatory programs in a matrixed environment
