Our direct client is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Advisor for the implementation of Workday Skills and Talent Optimization, with full enterprise rollout in January 2028.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED is required.
At least five (5) years of change management experience.
Experience in a healthcare environment.
Experience in enterprise project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least seven (7) years Overseeing/ involvement in enterprise projects with increasing responsibilities.
At least three (3) years of healthcare, research, or academic related environment.
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification or ADKAR, upon hire.
