Enterprise Business Consultant

Kforce has a client seeking an Enterprise Business Consultant in Boca Raton, FL to support large-scale transformation initiatives across a complex organization. This role is responsible for driving enterprise programs such as product transitions, customer migrations, process optimization, and integration efforts.

Summary: The ideal candidate will partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy, execute initiatives, and implement best practices in business analysis and project/program management. This individual will bring structure to multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes. This position plays a key role in fostering a customer-focused, quality-driven culture while leading change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide programs involving multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery aligned to strategic objectives
• Drive business analysis, project management, and SDLC best practices across initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead process re-engineering efforts, including methodologies such as Kaizen
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and metrics to track progress, risks, and performance
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across business, technology, product, and operations teams
• Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring coordination across impacted functions
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption and integration of new processes
• Prepare and present status updates, executive-level presentations, and steering committee materials
• Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, and validation
