    Job Goal:

    To provide advanced financial analysis, budgeting, inventory oversight, and audit support for Region 4 enterprise operations, with an initial focus on Printworks. This position will also lead the Print Reimbursement for Temporary Materials Program and support other major enterprise initiatives through financial reporting, reconciliation, and business process improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Education

    • Bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience:

    • Five years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or business operations.
    • Experience with enterprise operations, inventory management, and financial audits preferred..

    Special Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
    • Knowledge of inventory management, cost accounting, and internal controls.
    • Ability to evaluate financial data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Develop, analyze, and monitor budgets, financial projections, revenues, and expenditures for Printworks and other assigned enterprise activities.
    • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and analyses to support operational planning and management decisions.
    • Evaluate inventory activity, material costs, and related financial records; identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
    • Lead the financial and operational coordination of the Print Reimbursement for Temporary Materials Program, including tracking, reconciliation, documentation, and reporting.
    • Assist with reconciling shipments, customer orders, and invoicing through EMAT and related Printworks financial and operational systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
    • Monitor enterprise financial performance and identify opportunities for improved cost control, efficiency, and accountability.
    • Assist with internal and external audits related to enterprise operations, including preparation of supporting schedules, records, and reconciliations.
    • Review financial processes and internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with Business Services and enterprise departments to resolve financial and operational issues.
    • Develop and maintain financial tracking tools, reports, and procedures to support enterprise activities.
    • Provide financial and analytical support for other major enterprise initiatives and special projects as assigned.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer or Deputy Chief of Finance & Business Strategy.
