Enterprise Architect

THE ROLE

Everpure is looking for an Enterprise Architect, AI Enablement to join our Digital Transformation Group (DTG). Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture, you'll work directly with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and GTM/CX teams to turn high-value AI opportunities into secure, scalable, measurable solutions. This is an execution-oriented individual contributor role for someone who stays close to delivery, helping business teams move from experimentation through testing, deployment, adoption, and value measurement using shared enterprise AI platforms, native SaaS and ERP capabilities, and practical architecture patterns. You'll bridge business needs and technical execution, guide platform, integration, and buy-versus-build decisions, and help create practical guardrails and repeatable patterns that enable teams to move quickly and safely. You'll work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, security, data, and technology teams to operationalize AI and scale what works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Enable Secure Citizen Development: Guide business partners step-by-step from initial low-code/no-code AI prototyping to secure, compliant production deployments, making the right development path the easiest path.
• Co-Create Governance in Emergent Spaces: Build and define clear architectural guidelines, checklists, and workflows where mature standards do not yet exist, helping teams move quickly without compromising security or data privacy.
• Accelerate Platform Adoption: Guide business teams on how to maximize shared enterprise AI platforms and fully exploit native AI features embedded within our SaaS, QTC, and ERP systems.
• Streamline Compliance and Delivery: Operationalize risk-based governance and deployment patterns for copilots and agents, helping business units clear compliance hurdles quickly and predictably scale proven AI solutions.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Hands-on AI Architecture & Lifecycle Mentorship: Proven capability to guide non-technical users through testing, deployment, and security reviews, with a strong understanding of modern generative AI patterns (like RAG and agentic workflows).
• Enterprise Domain & SaaS Integration Expertise: Experience collaborating closely with corporate functions (such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, or GTM/CX) to leverage both core capabilities and native AI capabilities within major enterprise SaaS platforms and/or build solutions on the Enterprise AI Platform.
• Strategic Problem Solving in Fluid Environments: Ability to navigate technical ambiguity, design structured architecture checklists, and apply decision frameworks to help business units evaluate vendor selections versus custom developments.
• Collaborative Leadership & Communication: Exceptional skills in demystifying complex technical landscapes and building strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders across diverse business and technical domains.
• Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
