    Job Description: Enterprise Architect San Deigo CA ( Onsite )
    Position Overview
    We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the organization's technology strategy and ensure alignment between business objectives and enterprise IT capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise architecture initiatives, establish governance frameworks, and lead digital transformation programs while designing scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Define, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, principles, and governance models.
    • Develop and align enterprise technology roadmaps with business goals and strategic initiatives.
    • Design end-to-end enterprise architecture across application, data, infrastructure, security, and integration domains.
    • Lead cloud transformation, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance business value and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure enterprise-wide scalability, security, availability, and performance across technology platforms.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, engineering teams, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into enterprise architecture solutions.
    • Provide architectural leadership and guidance for complex enterprise programs and strategic initiatives.
    • Review solution architectures to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies, and best practices.
    • Establish and govern Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and enterprise governance processes.
    • Promote architecture best practices, documentation standards, and continuous improvement across the organization.
    Required Qualifications
    • 15+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Enterprise Architecture.
    • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
    • Extensive experience in application, data, infrastructure, and integration architecture.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    • Proven track record of leading enterprise digital transformation and legacy modernization initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, including APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and middleware.
    • Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise systems.
    • Knowledge of enterprise security architecture, governance, and compliance standards.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive leadership.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
    • Experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
    • Exposure to data architecture, analytics platforms, AI/ML ecosystems, or enterprise data governance.
    • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with complex technology landscapes.
