Enterprise Architect
As an Enterprise Architect, you report to the Global Head of Enterprise Architecture and own strategic, tactical, and operational enterprise architecture decisions within a specific domain. Collaborating closely with Global IT and cross-functional business partners, you will actively shape Hilti's global technology ecosystem.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or master's in computer science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar
- A strong strategic mindset with a proven track record of aligning technology landscape strategies with overarching business objectives.
- More than 7 years of relevant work experience in Enterprise Architecture, built on top of increasing responsibilities as a software developer, team lead, software or data architect, and solution architect.
- Ideally, you also have some experience in leading or being a member of a project team responsible for delivering large IT projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in an international environment - empathy, inter-cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence.
- One or more of the following certificates are advantageous but not strictly necessary: TOGAF, Open CA, ITIL, CISSP-ISSAP
- Fluent in English (verbally and written)
