Role Overview
Project Arc is ***'s strategic initiative to re-platform ***.com from a legacy end-of-life CMS to
Sitecore AI - enabling intelligent search, AI-driven personalization, content governance, and global
localization across 60+ country websites. The platform supports ***'s Marketing organization
globally and is a key competitive advantage.
The Solution Architect for Marketing Technology will serve as the primary technical authority for
Project Arc, partnering with the system integrator, the Sitecore AI platform team, *** Marketing
stakeholders, and D&T engineering to define architecture, govern integrations, and ensure the
platform delivers on its business transformation goals. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role
operating in a complex multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder environment with an active go-live timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Technical Leadership
" Own the end-to-end solution architecture for the Sitecore AI re-platform, including content
management, digital asset management, AI search, personalization, and SSO/auth
frameworks.
" Define and enforce integration patterns between Sitecore AI and connected systems:
Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr (migration), Box (DAM consolidation),
AWS/Azure hosting, Covero (search) and Vercel.
" Lead SSO and cascading authentication architecture across Sitecore AI sub-applications
(Stream, Hub, Marketplace).
" Design multi tenant, multi-locale content architecture supporting phased US and international
rollout across 60+ country sites.
" Evaluate and govern page template architecture (multiple template types) to balance global
standardization with local market customization.
Delivery & Vendor Governance
" Serve as D&T's primary technical counterpart to the system integrator, holding them
accountable to architecture standards, timeline commitments, and ***'s technical
requirements.
" Participate in and help drive program Steering Committee cadence with cross-functional
leadership including Marketing, D&T, platform, and SI stakeholders.
" Support finalization of RACI across D&T, Marketing, regional stakeholders, and vendor
partners.
" Drive workshop delivery and ensure architecture decisions are captured and socialized.
" Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure architecture decisions are heading towards
long-term strategies
" Track and mitigate integration risks across a complex dependency landscape with multiple
vendor partners and evolving edge case requirements.
Data, AI & Personalization
" Architect the data and AI layer within Sitecore AI to enable intelligent search, client
personalization, and connected marketing-to-sales data flows.
" Collaborate with the D&T Data/EDP team on connecting marketing platform data to Snowflake
for SOP/KPI measurement, a prerequisite for ROI tracking currently excluded from the
business case financials.
" Define the technical approach for migrating Global Research content off Sprinklr onto the
Sitecore AI platform, enabling significant license cost elimination.
" Support Digital Asset Management consolidation - moving DAM storage to Sitecore AI Cloud
to retire legacy storage systems and reduce operational costs.
Stakeholder Engagement
" Translate business requirements from Marketing leadership and APAC/EMEA regional
stakeholders into technical specifications and architecture decisions.
" Contribute to services structure definition and align D&T's technical services model with
delivery partners.
