$38–$43/hr → $70K–$80K upon conversion

This is not a ticket-queue support role.
You will own and support business-critical, proprietary applications that directly impact operations across the organization. These are not off-the-shelf tools — they are custom and vendor-integrated systems that require someone who can think, troubleshoot, and drive solutions, not just escalate issues.
If you enjoy being the go-to expert, working closely with the business, and improving systems over time — this is a high-visibility role with real ownership.
Serve as the primary owner and SME for several enterprise and proprietary applications
Act as the bridge between business users, vendors, and internal IT teams
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues (not just L1 tickets)
Analyze workflows and identify system improvements and optimization opportunities
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system enhancements
Manage vendor relationships, including support, escalations, and performance
Coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements across applications
Support incident, problem, and change management processes
Maintain and improve documentation, workflows, and support procedures
Provide light training and guidance to business users
We are specifically targeting candidates who have supported:
✔ Proprietary / custom-built applications
✔ Vendor-supported enterprise systems (not just internal tools)
✔ Applications tied to core business operations (finance, ops, logistics, etc.)
3+ years in application support, systems support, or business systems analysis
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise or proprietary applications
Experience working directly with business users and external vendors
Strong troubleshooting skills across application workflows and data issues
Ability to own issues end-to-end (not just escalate)
Experience with incident, change, or problem management processes
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)
ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL practices
Experience supporting integrated systems or APIs
Exposure to process automation or system optimization

Business users rely on you as a problem-solver, not just support
You proactively identify and implement system improvements
You reduce recurring issues and improve application stability
