Position may be eligible for an annual bonus payment.

Position Summary
Drives the transformation of ERIEs Business Agility to enable our ability to respond to change, learn and pivot, and deliver with speed in a competitive market. Manages a team to implement changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization and present challenges in complexity or deadlines. Partners with management to develop a strategy to set and achieve the teams goals as an enabler to the Enterprise Agility Goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages overall operations of designated area of authority. Interviews, hires, trains and directs personnel. Prepares and conducts performance assessments, coordinates discipline and oversees Employee development as required.
- Ensures effective prioritization of the teams work. Identifies, removes and/or escalates impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals and applies a flexible approach that enables the team to rapidly respond to changes.
- Collaborates with management, program leaders and product teams to implement, scale, and continuously improve agile practices, building a strategic, milestone-based plan for business agility transformation and implements measures to track progress.
- Provides thought leadership and expertise on agile best practices in an environment with products in different stages of their agile journey.
- Provides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements and challenges to direct reports, peers, and leaders.
- Establishes a collaborative partnership and community of practice with other agile coaches and practitioners across the organization. Facilities forums to improve methodologies and practices progressing ERIEs agile practices.
- Contributes to the development and management of an agile education and training program progressing ERIEs agile practices through training and hands-on coaching.
- Presents to leaders, peers, and staff with eloquence and authenticity, communicating a compelling vision and inspire others to deliver on an ambitious, complex roadmap.
- May provide practice, discipline and technical guidance; develops and maintains relationships with other practice owners and discipline leads.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, finance, management information systems, project management, or related field and eight years of related experience required; or
- Associate degree in a technical field, plus ten years of related experience, or;
- High School Diploma plus twelve years of related experience required.
Additional Experience
- In-depth knowledge of Agile techniques, Lean-Agile practices and Design Thinking practices and tools, required.
- Management experience preferred.
