The primary responsibilities of the Enterprise Administrator include managing Microsoft cloud services, installing, managing, and upgrading server infrastructure and software systems, and administer user identity and roles. Additional responsibilities include support for Microsoft Teams and OneDrive application architecture. Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background combined with excellent customer service experience. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve issues in a calm, confident, and time-sensitive manner is essential to this position.
