Description

We're partnering with an innovative enterprise AI software company transforming how large organizations manage IT operations.

Its agentic AI platform helps enterprise IT teams move beyond manual, reactive processes toward intelligent automation that detects, responds to, and helps prevent critical IT incidents at machine speed.

The company is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to take dedicated ownership of its Latin American business, building on an existing commercial foundation while driving the next phase of regional growth.

This isn't simply an established territory to manage. It's an opportunity for an entrepreneurial enterprise seller who understands LATAM markets, has built meaningful channel relationships, and knows how to turn strategic prospecting into complex enterprise wins.

The region already has enterprise customer traction, 2 established channel partners, and a newly hired dedicated Sales Engineer.

Now the company needs someone who can bring the structure, persistence, relationships, and commercial execution to develop the market.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Regional ownership: Lead enterprise sales efforts across Latin America, including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and additional markets.

  • Existing commercial foundation: Build on an established enterprise customer presence and 2 existing regional partners.

  • Entrepreneurial opportunity: Help develop the region's go-to-market strategy, channel ecosystem, and new-business pipeline.

  • Dedicated technical support: Partner with a newly hired Sales Engineer who brings relevant technical expertise.

  • Meaningful technology: Represent an agentic AI platform helping enterprise IT organizations improve operational efficiency, incident response, and service reliability.

  • Collaborative sales environment: Work with experienced professionals who value accountability, communication, customer success, and continuous improvement.

  • Executive visibility: This is a priority search with direct CRO involvement and a streamlined 3-step interview process.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle across LATAM, from proactive prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that combines direct enterprise selling with partner-led opportunities.

  • Build credibility and lasting relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, resellers, and senior technology decision-makers.

  • Conduct thoughtful, value-added prospecting to uncover IT-related business challenges and develop qualified opportunities.

  • Help prospective customers evaluate their technical requirements and understand the platform's business value.

  • Lead executive-level conversations and collaborate with a dedicated Sales Engineer on product demonstrations and technical evaluations.

  • Expand existing channel relationships while identifying and developing additional regional partnerships.

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and varying business dynamics across LATAM markets.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, disciplined pipeline management, and a consistent focus on revenue performance.

  • Collaborate closely with experienced sales and technical colleagues, sharing market insights and contributing to a customer-focused team environment.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional development, openness to feedback, and continuous improvement.

What Skills and Experience You'll Bring

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales success: A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas while selling complex technology solutions.

  • LATAM market expertise: Direct experience developing and closing enterprise opportunities across Latin American markets.

  • Established channel relationships: Demonstrated success working with regional partners, resellers, or distributors to generate and close business.

  • Territory-building experience: Experience establishing new markets, developing underpenetrated territories, or operating as an early regional sales hire.

  • Full-cycle enterprise selling: Proven ability to lead opportunities from initial prospecting through close, including presentations to C-level executives.

  • Sales process discipline: Experience applying structured sales methodologies, managing forecasts, and maintaining an organized, predictable pipeline.

  • Persistent, value-added prospecting: A thoughtful, consistent approach to generating opportunities and helping customers evaluate solutions.

  • Executive presence: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset: Strong attention to detail, commitment to customer success, and ability to establish credibility with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Growth orientation: Willingness to receive coaching, embrace challenges, and continuously develop as a sales professional.

  • Language proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese strongly preferred.

  • Location: Based in the Southeast United States, ideally Miami.

Particularly Relevant Experience

Experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions in one or more of the following areas is especially relevant:

  • Cybersecurity and enterprise security

  • Cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT platforms

  • IT operations and automation

  • Observability and monitoring

  • Enterprise data and infrastructure software

Prior experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment is valuable, particularly for candidates who have helped establish a new region or build a repeatable sales motion.

Observability experience is not required. The company has dedicated technical support in place.

What matters most is your ability to build enterprise relationships, navigate LATAM channel ecosystems, create pipeline, and consistently close complex SaaS opportunities.
