Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing fitness company, for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with large corporate, gym chain, and institutional accounts. This is a high-visibility, quota-carrying role for a seasoned sales professional who knows how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and close six- and seven-figure partnerships with organizations looking to invest in employee wellness and fitness solutions.
Day to day you will be building relationships with HR leaders, benefits directors, and operations executives, running a full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation, and collaborating closely with marketing and customer success to keep the pipeline healthy. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect enterprise-level accounts within target verticals
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature
- Deliver compelling product presentations to senior decision makers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing on account-based campaigns and outreach strategy
- Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in the CRM
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling into HR, benefits, or wellness stakeholders preferred
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed for client meetings
