Position Summary
Acclaim Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established and collegial ENT team at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas. This position emphasizes a balanced, sustainable clinical practice within a supportive, physician-led environment.

The role is well suited for surgeons who value work-life balance, predictable scheduling, strong collegial relationships, and reliable access to the operating room, while practicing comprehensive otolaryngology in a modern, well-resourced health system. Both early-career physicians seeking mentorship and experienced surgeons looking for long-term stability will find this opportunity attractive. General otolaryngologists and subspecialist applications are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in both outpatient and surgical settings

  • Perform a broad range of elective ENT surgical procedure
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a respectful, professional environment
  • Supervise and work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Participate in shared, compensated call coverage as outlined above
  • Engage in teaching or academic activities as desired (not required)

Specific Qualifications
Education & Training

  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
  •  Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency

Licensure & Certification

  •  Eligible for or holder of an unrestricted Texas medical license
  •  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

 

Qualifications:

Required Education Qualifications:
o Current Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited school of medicine.
o Residency and/or Fellowship training within Otolaryngology

 Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:
o Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas
o Board Certification or Board Eligible.
