Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general ENT care across both clinical and surgical settings. Maintain a balanced weekly schedule consisting of four days in the clinic and one day in the OR. Perform a variety of office procedures including Tubes cerumen removal and myringoplasties ear drum repair. Intratympanic steroid injections and endoscopic debridements. Balloon sinuplasties judiciously and cryoblations. Oral biopsies flexlaryngoscopies needle biopsies and nasal fracture reductions. Laser tongue ties and removal of small masses under local anesthesia. Leverage the flexibility to lean into specific sub-specialties or procedures of interest. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology ENT. Active California medical license or the willingness to obtain one. A collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a multidisciplinary team. Colorado New York New Jersey California Connecticut and Washington Residents Only The salary range for this role is 300000 to 35000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.
