Job Description
As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients explore programs that may reduce the cost of their medications. This position is primarily phone-based and involves speaking with patients to gather information, determine potential program eligibility, and guide them through the enrollment process with care and professionalism.
Speak with individuals over the phone to determine eligibility - no cold calling
Learn about their needs and gather required information
Review insurance, income, and program guidelines
You don't need prior sales experience to succeed here! We'll provide all training necessary. We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with people

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Reliably commute to our Boca Raton office (on-site role)
Phone sales experience is a plus, but not required
