Job Duties:

• Contact and build relationships with potential clients to understand their health insurance needs.
• Develop customized insurance quotes and proposals.
• Assist clients with the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software effectively.
• Network and generate leads through various methods, including referrals, live transfer (NO COLD CALLING!).
• Provide ongoing customer service and support to existing clients.
