What You''''ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, prospective students, and current students visiting Enrollment Services; direct visitors and address Tier 1 questions on enrollment, registration, billing, bookstore, and general information.
  • Support all Enrollment Management directors with day-to-day operations and student account needs.
  • Review student accounts to identify and correct academic and financial aid errors; verify registration and financial aid eligibility.
  • Enter admissions documents, add financial aid awards, and assist with billing to the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA).
  • Scan, organize, and file student documents; maintain accurate, secure, and compliant student records.
  • Ensure data integrity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and support internal audits with Institutional Research and Enrollment Services.
  • Participate in graduation, open houses, convocation, committees, and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree (which may substitute for the 10+ years).
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling student data and records.
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and willingness to learn college systems (CRM, student information systems, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education enrollment, admissions, financial aid, or student services.
  • Familiarity with financial aid processes, student billing, or state aid reporting (e.g., LOSFA).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
