Enrollment Processor, Advanced (I&B)

Your Role

The Installation and Billing Team processes member enrollments to provide access to care for our members and ensure accuracy of billing. The Enrollment Processor Advanced, will report to the Operations Supervisor. In this role you will process member level data and information using automated systems within established production and quality standards, in addition to processing new member additions, eligibility updates and reports within established production and quality standards.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires High School Diploma or GED

• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience

• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures within Enrollment Processing

• Intermediate-Advanced skills creating documents/files using Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word

• Knowledge of medical plans and benefits

Hybrid Virtual Work

This role allows employees to work virtually full-time, however employees will be expected to come to the office based on business need.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Contact internal and external customers and business partners to verify or obtain additional information to complete processing work
• Verify accuracy of entered data against source documents
• Look up correct codes and enter data into system
• Process member level enrollment and cancellations
• Make decisions based on review of source documents for routine and difficult processing issues
• Assist in monitoring schedules, workflow, and priorities, communicating with supervisors/team members as needed to ensure effective teamwork
• Use daily reports, tools, and applications to manage eligibility for non-electronic and electronic groups
• Prepares reports as directed by supervisor or manager to communicate information internally or externally
