The Enrollment Manager will lead and develop a team of Enrollment Coaches, coaching them to build strong student relationships and guide prospects from inquiry through enrollment. This role blends people leadership with performance oversight - tracking pipeline health, coaching to conversion targets, and partnering cross-functionally - to drive both individual success and team results. Key Responsibilities:Coach, mentor and develop employeesLead employees to meet the Elsmere's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishmentEmpower employees to take responsibility, utilize critical thinking, and drive problem resolution.Provide effective performance feedback through performance evaluations, employee recognition, continual feedback and implementation of disciplinary systems, as necessary with the assistance of Human ResourcesWork with Human Resources to recruit, interview, select, and train new employeesMaintain team schedules including program assignments, training, PTO, and PTO coverageMaintain transparent communication through internal and external department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and other communication channels, as necessaryCommunicate and collaborate with academic partners to report results and address challengesReview, maintain, and update departmental operating processesMonitor and analyze enrollment data, lead source performance, and portfolio/programmatic trends, delivering actionable insights and regular reporting to leadershipCarry out and attain the values and the goals of Human Capital EducationPerform other duties and responsibilities, as assignedSkills and Requirements:Must have 3+ years of management experienceExperience with higher education institutions requiredKnowledge of the operation, and metrics of Enrollment ServicesDemonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff membersExcellent written and spoken communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resourceEvidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentialityExcellent organizational management skillsBenefits Include:Casual work environment in Cherry CreekOpportunity to participate in building something important.Experienced management team that enjoys the work – and loves education.Competitive salary401K planUnlimited PTO policyMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceCommunity giving/volunteer programWellness reimbursementSalary Range: $80,000-$83,000This is not a remote job!
