We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard. Optima is currently seeking a Care Management Enrollment Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the enrollment process for new and existing patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our care management program.

    Behavioral Health: Behavioral health services can help improve the patient's quality of life, ensure their safety, and help them achieve optimal mental and emotional health. At Optima Medical, we ensure our patients have access to the exact resources and treatment services they need.

    Responsibilities:

    • Educate and enroll new and existing patients into the Behavioral health program
    • Manage enrollment process, appointment scheduling and documentation
    • Communicate with patients program information and requirements
    • Collaborate with Behavioral Health team to ensure seamless transition for new patients

    Qualifications:

    • Strong customer service skills
    • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Healthcare Experience preferred
    • Bilingual preferred but not required
