Enrollment Coach (Sales) – Veterans & Former Law Enforcement Encouraged – $35K + Commission

You've spent your career keeping people safe, or helping them make big decisions. Now help everyday people get ready to protect themselves and their families. United Defense Tactical (UDT) Scottsdale is hiring an Enrollment Coach to grow our membership-based training program. You'll walk prospects through our reality-based simulator training and enroll them in memberships that change how they carry themselves. Military, law enforcement or first-responder background preferred. A proven sales closer with a strong sense of mission fits too.
What You'll Do:
- Lead free 90-minute intro trainings, facility tours and membership enrollment conversations, and close the sale.
- Work a structured daily follow-up plan: fast first calls, texts and emails to new leads, plus personal calls to booked guests so they actually show up.
- Prospect from a database of thousands, filling your calendar alongside our marketing funnel.
- Turn hesitant prospects into committed members with professional, no-pressure follow-up.
- Update our CRM (GoHighLevel) daily so every opportunity is tracked and every commission is counted.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Shifts include evenings and weekends (when our prospects are free), and rare holidays.
Pay:
- $35,000 base salary.
- 8% commission on membership revenue. Memberships range from $1,500 to $3,500, which works out to $120–$280 per enrollment.
- Realistic first-year earnings: $75,000–$100,000+. Our coaches can enroll 30–50 members a month.
- Uncapped. Your output sets your income.
What We're Looking For:
- Military, law enforcement, corrections, security or first-responder experience, or a proven record in sales, recruiting or memberships. Both is ideal.
- Calm, confident communicator who can build trust quickly with first-timers, moms, business owners and experienced shooters alike.
- Comfortable on the phone. You pick it up and call, you don't wait for leads to come to you.
- Disciplined about follow-up, numbers and doing what you said you'd do.
- Interest in firearms, self-defense or personal protection is a big plus.
- A bachelor's degree is a plus, but we hire for fit, drive and character.
