- Job Title: Enrollment Agent I
- Location: Haverhill, MA, 01832
- Pay Rate: $29/hr
Responsibilites:
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants
- Verify customer identity and required documents
- Capture electronic fingerprints, photos, and signatures
- Complete biometric enrollment and required paperwork
- Enter and scan customer information into the database
- Operate fingerpritn scanners, cameras, tablets, and computers
- Perform basic troubleshooting of enrollment equipment
- Set up and break down mobile enrollment equipment
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information
Must Have Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service, enrollment, registration, biometric, fingerprinting, document verification, or related experience
