About the Role:
You’ll guide prospective students from their first phone call to their first day of class. For many of them, enrolling is a big and sometimes scary decision. Your job is to make it exciting, clear and honest. You’ll be part sales professional and part advisor, and you’ll be accurate with every detail.

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead personalized campus tours that connect each student’s career goals to the right program
  • Walk students through total program cost, payment options, and the basics of grants versus loans
  • Help students complete their FAFSA during the appointment, including checking their prior federal loan history in NSLDS
  • Work closely with the Financial Aid team on aid estimates and outstanding documents
  • Manage the electronic enrollment process: the pre-enrollment application, document review, Enrollment Agreements sent through PandaDoc, and registration fee collection
  • Register new students with the New Jersey State Board and enter student records into our student information system (Advantage)
  • Keep every lead and student record up to date in our CRM (LeadSquared), logging each appointment the same day
  • Follow up on missing documents and keep start lists and enrollment goals accurate
  • Meet monthly enrollment and new-start goals while following federal (Title IV), state and accreditation rules
