    Position Title: Human Resources CoordinatorLocation/Subsidiary: Enlow Fork Mine/ Consol Pennsylvania Coal CompanyPosition SummaryThis position provides Human Resources support for an employee-oriented company whose core values are safety, compliance and continuous improvement. This position reports to the Manager, Human Resources at a Core Natural Resources operational site, supporting all HR activities and related projects. The coordinator assists with the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. This includes carrying out responsibilities in the areas of employment, salary administration, benefit administration, employee relations, employee development, and employee health and wellness.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, and a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated knowledge of basic HR functions, including payroll, employee records, and benefit administration preferredIn lieu of degree, Human Resources Professional Designation and five + years of relevant experienceAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, including management and hourly employeesAble to show initiative, be proactive and to learn and adapt to new systems

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelDayforce HCM Skills preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills
