Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enhesa Product Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, configuration, and integration of Enhesa RegComply within a complex enterprise EHS environment.

The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on Enhesa experience, strong EHS regulatory knowledge, enterprise integration expertise, and semiconductor/advanced manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Enhesa RegComply solution architecture, implementation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Design compliance frameworks, obligation registers, regulatory libraries, governance models, and compliance workflows.
  • Translate federal, state, and international regulatory requirements into scalable Enhesa solutions.
  • Configure regulatory subscriptions, compliance calendars, alerts, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
  • Define user roles, permissions, compliance ownership, and governance structures.
  • Develop solution architecture, data models, integration designs, and technical documentation.
  • Lead SIT/UAT, defect resolution, production readiness, and deployment activities.
  • Architect integrations and data flows across enterprise EHS platforms.
  • Conduct compliance assessments and provide recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

Integration Experience

Experience integrating Enhesa with at least two of the following:

  • Intelex
  • Enablon
  • SAP EHS
  • IBM Tririga
  • Metrio
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • MuleSoft
  • Boomi
  • ETL/data integration platforms

EHS Regulatory Expertise

Strong knowledge of:

  • EPA: CAA, CWA, RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA
  • OSHA / PSM
  • ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
  • Federal, state, and multi-jurisdictional EHS compliance
  • Regulatory obligation and compliance management

Semiconductor / Advanced Manufacturing

Experience supporting semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.

Knowledge of:

  • SEMI S2 / S8 / S14
  • Cleanroom chemical safety
  • Hazardous materials management
  • Fab environmental compliance

Required Qualifications

  • 10 15 years of EHS consulting, regulatory compliance, EHS technology, or solution architecture experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Enhesa/RegComply experience in implementation, administration, architecture, or solution advisory.
  • Strong experience with obligation management, compliance calendars, regulatory alerts, and compliance workflows.
  • Experience designing and deploying compliance frameworks and regulatory data architectures.
  • Proven enterprise integration experience with at least two EHS/enterprise platforms.
  • Strong client-facing communication and solution architecture skills.
  • Experience leading workshops, assessments, implementation activities, and stakeholder discussions.
