    Cutter’s Edge is looking for an experienced Landscape Enhancement Manager to oversee landscape enhancement projects from planning through completion. This position leads field teams, coordinates resources, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage enhancement projects from turnover through final completion.
    • Plan and schedule crews, materials, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractors.
    • Review project scope, labor requirements, materials, and budgets before work begins.
    • Lead and develop Crew Leaders, and field employees.
    • Monitor job progress, labor hours, project costs, and overall profitability.
    • Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, productivity, safety, and organization.
    • Identify production challenges and make adjustments to keep projects on schedule and budget.
    • Coordinate scope changes and change orders with Account Managers.
    • Conduct quality-control and final project inspections.
    • Ensure proper installation of plant material, sod, irrigation, drainage, hardscape, and other landscape improvements.
    • Promote safe work practices, proper equipment use, and professional jobsites.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of landscape enhancement, landscape construction, or similar field experience preferred.
    • Experience supervising landscape crews and managing multiple projects.
    • Strong knowledge of landscape installation and production practices.
    • Working knowledge of plant material, irrigation, drainage, soils, turf, and landscape construction.
    • Experience managing labor budgets and job costs.
    • Strong leadership, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
    • Ability to work outdoors and regularly visit active jobsites.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish and industry certifications are a plus.
