About the student
- The student is a 9th grader attending Wando High School and he needs to work with a tutor for Geometry and English. The student has ADHD and is currently failing Geometry. The student has worked with a tutor before but are looking for a new tutor who can provide effort, follow-up, and accountability. The student understands the material but struggles with motivation and completing his work consistently.
- The goals for the student are for him to earn at least a consistent C in Geometry while building confidence, improving accountability, and developing stronger discipline and motivation.
- The family wants 1 hour sessions 2 times a week between 4pm-6pm on either Monday, Tuesday, Friday or Saturday.
- The family wants to meet in-person with the tutor at the Wando Mount Pleasant Library at 1400 Carolina Park Blvd in Mount Pleasant.
