    The English Department invites applications for an adjunct faculty position to prepare and teach Foundations of Linguistics.

    This is a recruitment for an applicant pool to fill a part-time adjunct assignment on an as-needed basis. Applications will be accepted summer 2023 and will remain in the pool.

    Required Qualifications

    • ABD or PhD in English or Linguistics.
    • College level teaching experience with excellent teaching evaluations.
    • Demonstrated ability to use Blackboard and Zoom.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Old English, Middle English, and Early Modern English.

    Hiring Salary Per Hiring Rank:

    Adjunct Instructor (no terminal degree): $27.04

    Adjunct Professor (with terminal degree): $28.08
