Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hr on W2
Location: San Jose, CA / Onsite
Job Description:
Qualifications/System Experience requirements:- Knowledge of wireless technologies (WLAN, BT/BLE, LTE, 5G FR1, WPAN).
- Experience writing test plans and assisting with global certification processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups (Radio Compliance, HW design).
- Ability to perform component rework (e.g., 0402 SMT) and use soldering stations.
- Ability to navigate and manipulate ECAD (PCB/Layout) and MCAD (.stp) files.
Role Responsibilities:- Assisting with the bring-up, simulation, and validation of RF/antenna designs.
- Testing wireless/RF subsystem performance against predefined quality metrics.
- Automating test equipment to enhance test cycle efficiency.
- Producing test reports and presenting findings.
- Collaborating with HW/SW Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams.
