The Department of Engineering Technology at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position (#105160) in Mechatronics Power and Machinery at the rank of assistant or associate professor. The start date for the position is August 1, 2025.
The successful candidate will be energetic, have an outstanding research track record, and will pursue scholarly activity, including developing and leading an externally funded research program and publishing peer-reviewed journal articles. While not exhaustive, examples of core research areas are as follows:
Responsibilities:
A terminal degree in electrical or computer engineering or a closely related field is required by the appointment date.
